Dina is originally from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she changed her location to Dix Hills on Long Island shortly before finishing her junior year. Dina Meyer has two brothers, Gregory is her elder brother and Evan is her younger brother. In the years between nine between the ages of 16 and 19 Her first introduction to the world of modeling was when she first began modeling. Her acting education began with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's acting techniques, alongside Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors that received this training. Her first role was in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, which required her to move from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. After being offered the lead part on Johnny Mnemonic where she did majority of the stunts her own, she established herself as an actress athletic. Her talent agent also represented Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to secure a role in the show Friends.
