Shannyn Sossamon

Shannyn Sossamon was the main female role in Wristcutters, a romantic black comedy. The film was nominated for several awards including Sundance's Grand Jury Prize, two Independent Spirit Awards, as in addition to the Humanitas Prize. The Holiday, Dirt, Catacombs, and Dirt on FX came next. In addition, she was offered a role as a regular series on CBS the vampire drama Moonlight as the role of Coraline Duvall. She was then featured on the show in One Missed Call and she was nominated to win the "Choice Film Actress - Horror" Award at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. She starred in Life Is Hot in Cracktown, Our Family Wedding, The Heavy, How to Make It in America, Road to Nowhere, The Day, The Cyclist, as well as The End of Love as Lydia. Likewise, she also got to be a part of Desire which is another small-scale feature that was a collaboration with Jaguar along with Ridley Scott Associates, to help kick off the 2014 Jaguar F-Type.
